No Truer Love

No truer love can there be such as this

And yet it has not a sweet lover's kiss

But faith never ceasing, faith till we die

Blind loyalty to our Lord most high

'Tis devotion eternal, to reflect

The heart of Jesus, whom many reject

And thought it cause pain, and for many, death

We can speak of His love with dying breath

For He was the sign of this constant love

He came as a man from glory above

And nothing on earth can match His sweet grace

So that we might live, and meet face-to-face!
